An average person breathes around 18 to 20 times in a minute. While practising Bharat Yoga, you learn to inhale in 3 seconds, hold your breath for 6 seconds and exhale in 3 seconds i.e. one breath in 12 seconds. That means 5 breaths in one minute. Now you can compare 20 breaths and 5 breaths in one minute. This is the estimate for a beginner. Dog breathes very fast and he lives around 12 to 13 years. Longer Q. Can all diseases be cured through Bharat Yoga? A. Yes, all diseases can be medicated, reduced and removed through Bharat Yoga. But that’s just a small benefit of it. Q. How does Bharat Yoga work? A. Its aim is rejuvenation of the body, mind and soul. Bharat Yoga slows down aging process. It helps distribute free flow of energy to the entire body with gentle and scientifically designed stretching through various yogic postures.
